Working with the design, manufacture and installation teams R&M completed the Fit out of the Retail, Café and exhibition areas of this remote new distillery on the Isle of Harris in 2015. Bringing together solutions to meet the unique design brief of the Designer and Architect, combining traditional and modern industrial materials along with bespoke woven Harris Tweed on wall feature claddings.

R&M Project managed the turn key all trades delivery of many new Bakers to be seen on the High Streets. With construction solutions, bespoke design and all trades installation we delivered high quality retail environments for the customer along with efficient in house baking and operational areas.

Providing Project and construction Management to the Main Contractor along with small work construction solutions delivering Full Turn Key ‘ Shell to Shop’ along with refurbishment roll out from 2014 to 2016.

Supporting a Main contractor with Multitrade solutions on Building work on this unique project of delivering a fully functioning Restaurant training facility in the High School in Dumfries & Galloway.
